Our Terms & Conditions are being drafted by healthcare counsel.
The terms governing your use of Zashel — including the scope of clinical services, payment and refund policy, intellectual property, governing law, and dispute resolution — are being prepared with care. We will publish the complete document before opening to general patients.
For questions about what is and is not covered, please write to care@zashel.com.
What the terms will cover.
- The scope of services — what Zashel provides, and what it does not.
- Eligibility — geographic availability, age, and clinical eligibility.
- Fees, billing, and refunds.
- Cancellation and account closure.
- Limitations of liability and disclaimers.
- Intellectual property — the rights you retain in your photographs and content.
- Governing law and dispute resolution.
What stays true regardless.
Whatever the final terms specify, the principles below guide our practice:
- We are not a substitute for emergency or in-person medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency number.
- Our clinicians prescribe based on their professional judgment. Not every patient is a candidate for every protocol.
- Outcomes vary. We make no guarantees about specific results, and our marketing should not be read as a promise of any particular outcome.
