This Privacy Policy is being finalised by our legal counsel.
Zashel handles personal and health information that requires careful, considered protection. We are working with healthcare-privacy counsel to publish a complete Privacy Policy that meets HIPAA, state, and international standards before any patient data is collected at scale.
For questions about how we handle your information in the meantime, or to request that your information be deleted, please write to care@zashel.com. We respond within two business days.
What we will cover.
The published policy will address, at minimum:
- What personal information we collect — your name, contact details, health history, photographs, and assessment responses.
- How we use that information — to provide your clinical care, to communicate with you, and to improve our practice.
- Who has access — your clinician, the compounding pharmacy your prescription is sent to, and a small number of vetted technical providers under contract.
- Your rights — to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent at any time.
- How long we retain it — only for as long as required by clinical and legal obligations.
- How we secure it — encryption in transit and at rest, with restricted access on a need-to-know basis.
Our commitment.
Whatever the published policy ultimately states, our commitment is this: we collect what is necessary to care for you. We share what is necessary to deliver that care. We retain only what we are required to retain. And we do not sell your information.
